introduction

When a school subscribes to Rehearsalnet's Scheduler, students have the opportunity to upload and share MIDI files through the school's own MIDI library.

This system was designed in order to maximize the student's time in rehearsing. For instance, a pianist could record a singer's accompaniment on a Diskclavier, and then upload the file to the school's MIDI library. The soloist would get an instant email notification that the file had been placed in the library, and could download it for practice purposes.

Just like Rehearsalnet's own MIDI Library, the school's MIDI Library is fully searchable by composer, title, key, or instrument, and may be completely monitored and adjusted by the school's administrator.
